Terms & Conditions | Drive Me — Driver on Demand in Nagpur

1. Acceptance of Terms & Intermediary Paradigm

By downloading, scheduling, booking, or using the Drive Me web platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Drive Me is an advanced on-demand resource tech engine. We screen, background track, assess, and dispatch independent driver specialists. The passenger vehicle utilized belongs exclusively to the user, and must remain completely functional and fully road-insured during bookings.

2. Customer Car Requirements & Responsibilities

Vehicle owners warrant and assure that:

The vehicle maintains active Comprehensive Third-Party and Body Collision Insurance.
All registration paperwork, pollution control cards, and regional tax logs are fully current.
The vehicle has zero underlying steering, braking, or safety diagnostic failures.
No contraband, weapons, or unapproved pharmacological drugs reside inside the vehicle cabin.

3. Driver Match Guidelines & Behavioral Covenants

Every matched dispatch captain holds a valid local transport physical driver license with zero active suspensions. Driver partners are trained to observe regional speed restrictions, observe silent commute requests if prompted, and maintain absolute sobriety (zero alcohol, narcotics, or nicotine intake) 12 hours prior to schedules.

4. Limitation of Liability

Drive Me maintains extensive driver-testing standards. However, since the passenger vehicle belongs to and is maintained by the customer, Drive Me is not liable for mechanical failure, tire punctures, or hardware issues occurring during transit. For on-road accidents directly caused by verified driver error, recovery claims are processed under our Group Liability Insurance coverage, secondary to the vehicle's own third-party insurance.

5. Toll Taxes & Parking Invoicing

Any airport gate charges, commercial parking receipts, toll taxes, or cross-border state entry taxes are the customer's direct responsibility. We do not integrate these variable fees into our core hourly platform estimation metrics.

6. Dispute Resolutions & Jurisdiction

These conditions are interpreted under regional and national transit commerce provisions. Any active dispute or claim has exclusive legal territorial jurisdiction in our corporate headquarters city court forums (Nagpur, Maharashtra).
