The Arn Company ("The Arn Company", "We", "Our"), operating the Drive Me platform, acts as a secure intermediary providing technology solutions matching private car owners with screen-verified driver partners. To manage this safety cycle, we collect fundamental metadata: registered user telephone coordinates, full name, email address, car specifics (make, year, transmission criteria), and live GPS telemetry routes captured during active matches.
2. Device Permissions Covenants
To support seamless dispatch mapping, our mobile applications may seek explicit smartphone camera access permissions (for license image scan validations) and background coordinate tracing. We protect your private telemetry details under a non-leak policy. Coordinates are encrypted on-device using Industry-grade AES-256 cycles. We never lease or market user telephone coordinates to secondary ad groups.
3. Standard Refund & Cancellation Schedules
Before Match: If a customer logs a booking cancellation prior to a driver captain being assigned, no platform fee or penalty applies.
After Match (Before 2 Hrs): Free cancellation. Complete digital refunds processed back to source bank statements within 7 business days.
Service Non-Show: If a driver fails to show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the customer retains the right to a free cancellation and receives an instant service credit.
4. User Cookies & Cache Storage
We utilize minor functional cookies and browser local storage cache tokens to hold your cost estimation inputs during tab switches. Disabling cookies from browser settings will degrade sliding calculation rendering.
